How does the free trial work?

What does Pro give me that Starter doesn't?
Pro adds the customer-facing waitlist and auto slot-fill. When a booking is canceled, Pro instantly texts and emails the next person on your waitlist with a 15-minute claim link. Slots that would have been lost get rebooked automatically — usually within minutes. Most Pro shops recover the $20/mo price difference from a single recovered cancellation.
How does payments processing work?
Client deposits and payments are processed securely through Stripe — the same platform used by Shopify, Amazon, and Instacart. Money goes directly to your Stripe account. We never touch, hold, or have access to your funds or your clients' card details. Standard payment processing fees apply.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Pricing is flat per plan — no per-staff add-ons or surprise charges. Standard payment processing fees apply to card transactions.
What's the difference between Pro and Team?
Pro is for solo barbers who want auto slot-fill. Team is for shops with multiple barbers or salon suites — adds unlimited staff, per-barber scheduling, commission tracking, staff permissions, and priority support. Team pricing is custom based on your shop size.
How does Team pricing work?
We price Team plans based on the number of barbers in your shop. Get in touch and we'll put together a plan that fits. No long-term contracts required.
